An adventure thriller about two turbulent periods in the life of Detective Sergeant Rolant Price of Gerddi Hwyan Detective Department. Part of the story relates to Rôl's obsession with capturing a murderer and sex offender while the second part follows his attempts to recover after a nervous breakdown.
