Huw Brassington is a presenter and speaker, author, adventurer and athlete of distinction who has completed some of the world's most difficult races, including the Coast to Coast race in New Zealand. He hails from Caernarfonshire but now lives with his wife Gwenllian in Cumbria, and lectures in Engineering. He currently presents the S4C series 'I'r Eithaf'.
